Reece A. Phillips
Founder & Principal, Lone Peak Consulting Partners
​​​​​Reece is a strategic finance and operations executive with deep experience guiding SaaS and technology companies through growth, change, and complexity. As Founder and Principal of Lone Peak Consulting Partners, he partners with private equity & venture-backed businesses to build scalable FP&A infrastructure, drive operational efficiency, and improve decision-making through better data and planning.

Reece most recently served as Director of Finance at Foundant Technologies, a Montana-based SaaS company, where he oversaw FP&A, corporate development, investor relations, and business analytics. He led the company’s first formal budgeting process, supported the integration of multiple transformative acquisitions, and helped build out the business operations function to drive performance and accountability.
​Prior to Foundant, Reece held various finance leadership roles spanning fintech, medtech, & healthcare, leading cross-functional initiatives in financial modeling, capital planning, and go-to-market strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Stephens Inc., advising on capital markets transactions.​​ Reece earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arkansas, with a minor in Behavioral Economics.
Reece is based in Bozeman, Montana. In his free time, he enjoys traveling & outdoor adventures with his dog, Atlas — including fishing, hiking, skiing, cycling, and running.
