Most clients can begin within 1–2 weeks. Onboarding includes access setup, reviewing your current systems (ERP, CRM, billing, support, project management), aligning on goals, and evaluating your existing reporting. Clients typically see meaningful deliverables — such as a first-pass KPI model or cleaned data repository — within the first 30 days.
